Thermostat Change

Just wanted confirmation about changing a thermostat.

Existing is Danfoss dial type. 3 wires. N = grey, L = brown, Switched live = Black (taped brown)

New is Honeywell DT90e. Only 2 wires required.
Terminal A would be switched live?
Terminal B would be live?
Neutral and earth will both be terminated in the back box.

Is this correct?
