Hello,

My thermostat for my combi is in the corner of the room at the bottom of the stairwell. It is fitted at the (danfoss tp5) correct hight and distance from the corner of the wall, but it is in a bit of a cold spot. the downsatirs is open plan and has 3 rads.

I was thinking of moving the stat into the open plan area, as the tempreture is more stable, as in the current position it really does take some time for the boiler to cut out.

is there a best way of doing this? would you you a digital themometer and find a stable area and site it here? as it is open there will always be a rad in the room of the stat, but not that near to it.

wat is the nearest you have sited a TP5 to a radiator, does anyone else use them?
