Thermostat problem

Hi
I have a ESI ESRTP4RF thermostat and the temperature adjustment button's are getting temperamental, is it possible to but this unit alone or must I purchase a new sender as well, appreciate any advice please.

Looks like it’s both together. It’s guaranteed for 3 years though.
