I'm staying in a holiday caravan at mo, one year old and it's very nice, but has no thermostast. So I can either turn the boiler off, leave it on all the time or put it on timer. Obvs I can tweak TRVs until blue in the face but it seems a bit wasteful.

Thoughts please. Just curious.

Some people claim it's sensible.

Luckily, not many.

P.s.
When Juliet said "wherefore," she didn't mean what you think.

Sometimes there isn't an ideal place for one singe thermostat. In a caravan if it was in the main living area and either the oven / hob / fire were on, or 3 people or more were present, :giggle: off goes the heating everywhere.

Some modern TRV's have the facility to provide a boiler interlock by communicating wirelessly with a wired receiver so when they are all 'satisfied' the boiler is switched off and so negating the need for a separate thermostat, maybe that's the situation here?
