Thermtec Type AN Immersion Heater BOILER

Hi there,
I have an Old Thermtec Type AN Immersion Heater BOILER . Last night when I was taking bath suddenly Hot water stopped coming. Initially I had a problem when Only COLD was coming through the Hot water taps , I pressed the small RESET button and It started working ,
But now It is not even taking the cold water into the Boiler as the water storage tank is empty as well. Also I can not hear water going into the boiler. I tried to Pass AIR with mouth into the Hot Water Tap incase there is any blockage but it didn't help
Please suggest what should I do...!!!

Well, you seem to have baffled everyone else.

I am assuming it is a water tank and not actually a boiler in the normal sense despite the capitals

First of all, if the water is not filling the storage tank then you will need a plumber. You will probably need a new ball-cock and valve if there is not a problem elsewhere stopping the water supply.

After that - if you have had to reset the thermostat it means it is overheating and you will probably need a new thermostat.
