Sure voting is rigged but not as some might think. Trump is an excellent example. All you need to do is pick some "tunes" that fit in peoples mind sets and find enough of them to get elected. Trump's were pretty simple. America First, Clear Out the Cesspit and a few to appeal to people that once worked in some areas that are not viable any more. Then when in power ....................................
And yes the CIA do go around doing something similar in some countries - stirring up trouble hoping for insurrections.
