Hi All
I am putting in some underfloor heating in a new extension. I am just about to screed the concrete slab, which will have the underfloor heating mat laid into the tile cement on top, with the tiles on top of that. I have a flush door runner that I want to come level with so I need to know what thickness I should allow for the heating matt when laying the screed.

Thanks, as ever, in advance!

The heating element itself won't alter the thickness by much, I used the loose cable and the cable/tile adhesive account for no more than 5-8mm.

I am no expert though!! ;)

Thanks very much for that. I am using the matting but this gives me a good starting point!
