Well, I have had one issue with ebay that was resolved under their guarantee and no problems with Amazon or their marketplace.

But this looks way too cheap! What do you think?

I've never had a single problem on Amazon marketplace (or eBay for that matter) in maybe 15 years of online shopping, but if something looks too good to be true ......

Amazon marketplace sellers have to match the guarantee offered by amazon themselves but you have to deal directly with the seller if something goes wrong which for me isn't worth the hassle. Say it breaks in 5 months time, are they really going to give you a refund without a real headache?
I'd never buy something like a second hand laptop from amazon marketplace or ebay but on a whole am a suspicious bugger. If it's too cheap then that would make more alarm bells ring - what's that old adage? If it seems too good to be true....
