Also check boiler stat is sending 230v to pcb, when new pcb fitted will take 30 sec plus before it starts ignition cyle. Corgi job as fire front has to come of to fit pcb.

Turn the boiler stat off, set all controls calling for heat then turn boiler to 5, should start ignition sequence, if not wait 30 secs switch off and back to 5 again.
Make sure new timeswitch is sending 240v down to the boiler
