Those big porcelain shiny tiles

I'm considering using these on the floor of my ensuite, as they do look nice.
However, i'm a little concerned, could they not be quite slippy if you have wet feet?
Are there any other drawbacks to this type of tile?

Would it be best to go for a standard matt type of tile, with a slight pattern to the finish, ie not smooth, so as to have a chance of not slipping and having an accident?
