Threshold cable cover

I have laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen, where they meet i removed the door threshold and I've pulled 3 cables (sky. tv and phone) in the gap between the two, but now i need to cover these cables, does anyone know of a link/supplier for this. Cheers.

Notch out the cables and refit the cover.
Otherwise you`ll have a raised edge and will trip over when snogging your wifes best friend at xmas after a few.
