Hi,
We are about to move into a new house.... it has underfloor heating downstairs, water pipes with concrete screed.... I’m planning on tiling most of the floor downstairs and two rooms will have carpet... can anyone tell me if I need a special kind of door threshold between the tile and carpet due to the underfloor heating?
A normal one would be held in place by small tacks (as would gripper rod) but I’m not sure if this would damage pipes underneath as I’m not sure how deep they are in the floor....
Thanks fir any replies

Standard carpet bars will be fine glued with gripfill, or finish the tiles with tile edges in the doorways and fit the carpet to these.
