Tie in a gable end

Hi . I have a gable end on the back of my extension. I am going to bring the cavity walls to the same height as the rafters. So I need a tie between the cavity wall and the rafter? Thanks

Galv restraint straps are the norm and they must cross three rafters, usually 1.8m apart. Put them either side of the Velux trim. I take it there is no barge on this gable hence the absence of a gable ladder or noggs?
