You could glue a mirror tile to side wall it would look like a double …….. fight tile with tile.

Hmm, yes.. That lower pair of tiles are a bit wonky/suffering from lippage.. You could get them a tile levelling kit for round 2?

I think the couple who have bought this property, have realised they have a 'project' on their hands. I'm back next week, I'll get some more photos. Victorian house, so of course before the plumber and the sparky (me) have done any work, they have hired a floor sander and have varnished all those lovey floors. "Don't they look nice".
