They where put in 8 years ago I'm gonna get the maintenance officer out to look at it if they refuse to fix it hopefully I can get a tiler that is willing to regrout one tile even to match similar to the rest otherwise I'll need the whole bathroom regrouted and not alot of tilers seem interested in doing that in my area

Get them out, see what they say as it should be a very easy fix for them, report back here.
Sorry I took so long to report back the tiles that where coming away from the wall need replacing the council agreed to this but could not get the same tile so they want to put random ones in but I have been fighting with then cause I didn't think it was acceptable to leave me with different tiles as other areas where bad and they would eventually need changed to so they have now agreed to retile the whole bathroom thank you to everyone that commented and give me advice
