Hi,

I have an issue where I had the ceiling in my bathroom skimmed ahead of tiling. I fully tiled the walls and although the tiles are perfectly level, the ceiling is out. Obviously now it's too late to have the ceiling re-skimmed but I'm now left with a ceiling that has no gap at one side and about a 31mm gap the other side of the room. The edge trim that slides down behind the tile and wall wouldn't have been deep enough in this case.

What I originally planned to do was to use a Scotia trim around and had already filled the gap with expanding foam to pack it out. But the more time goes on, I find myself putting it off as I'm not sure I'll like it or not.

Do you guys have any other ideas of ways to cover this with a tasteful trim etc?

Pics attached.

Thanks in advance.

That's extremely common. The top row of tiles are cut to the ceiling to reduce the gaps.
Perhaps a plastic angle bead would neaten it up

Ahhh, I see. I did look at the quadrant but struggled to find it in the depth I needed.

Thanks for that
