Tiling a hearth

I've done google, but I am probably using the wrong terms. I am looking for the edging tiles/slates for a hearth. I am looking the lay the hearth in slate tiles. However, at the edges of the hearth, I am looking to have a raised border effect such that it prevents rolling logs straying onto the carpet. I am sure I have seen decorative edging tiles that provide such a lip to the hearth. does anyone know where I might get such tiles.

did a bit of googling, I think they are called fenders..
