Tiling bathroom - prices?

Going to be getting bathroom walls tilled up halfway and maybe the floor,

Bathroom is 2.6mx2.4m and tilled up to 1.2m i think, obviously less beacuse of bath, shower cubicle and door.

Had quote of £175 for walls and £115 for floor, floor price is if I put down 9mm ply beforehand screwing every 4inches?

These prices good? they include material but not tiles.
