Hey guys,

Started tiling my kitchen on Friday and liked the result so much that I now want to continue tiling into the utility area.

One issue; The utility area flooring is about 70mm lower than the kicthen floor now I've tiled on top of the original tiles. (i was going to laminate it - underlay and laminate would of brought it up to tile height)

Should I use self leveling compound? or try cementing a small gradient into to utility room?

Can anyone recommend a solution please? Thanks :)
