Tiling kitchen floor

Hi, searched for other posts on this topic, but the only relevant one ended in tears, and really didn't answer the question

Basically,I have my finished screeded floor with water UFH installed already and wondered whether to tile before or after the kitchen units were fitted? I'm not bothered about the "what happens if you change your units" argument, because if I change the units I'll undoubtedly be changing the floor anyway, plus I haven't bought enough tiles to tile the whole kitchen, as what's the point of tiling under units?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Carlos

You've answered your own question mate. If you're happy enough to change the tiles if you change the kitchen then go ahead and just tile under the kick boards. You may need to trim the full length of the kick boards though.
