Tiling onto fresh plaster skim

I skimmed my kitchen and am about to tile onto it. Read various posts about whether to PVA or not, or to use a BAL tile primer etc etc.

Can I have some opinions on what I should do? The plaster has been dry for months if this makes any difference. The tiles are ceramic, 300mmx100mm. Using Bal blue star adhesive.
 
i think you will find that bal suggest a primer to be applied if the plaster surface is polished,some good info on their website
