I have a toilet on the back of the kitchen, it used to be an outside toilet but someone has knocked a door through from the kitchen, I've partitioned of a section so I can have another door going to it.

Last year I had someone raise the shallow pitched roof to increase head hight internally. and they they slapped on bonding to level the painted concrete walls which I was going to tile

The bonding blew around the window and falls fairly easily falls off the painted concrete. I've taken it back to the brickwork

How should the walls best be finished so they can be tiled? I can't see damp course at the bottom..

Many thanks in advance,

Yes, WC directly off kitchen when we bought the house. Fortunately the kitchen is a good size and now has a lobby.

noseall - The walls are not insulated, double skin brick no cavity (old 1920's house). I wasn't planning on insulating.. space is limited, but if its needed on external walls I could baton and board?

If it makes a difference, because of space, I wasn't planning on having a radiator in there either

no advice / hints / tips / ideas to fit out the toilet?

We've got 1 bathroom, with wife, 5 year old, 2 year old and baby I'm already fighting to get into the bathroom!
