Hi all,

I have three concrete steps to tile in my shop - they are approx a metre wide and the treads are approx 300mm deep . . .

I'd like to use tiles that are specifically made fore stairs - that is , tiles with rounded nosings on them for the edges etc - but can't find them anywhere!

I'm a bit bewildered as I see tiled steps everywhere . . ..

can anyone point me toward a source for stair tiles??

thanks!

150x150mm quarry tiles you will get theses in most tile shops,.. ctd etc..
you will want some bullnose ones for the edges..and sealer for them.

bit late in the year to be tiling outside walls/floors/steps etc...you could have problems with tiles blowing in this very cold weather.

imo wait till this winter is over with...thats if the steps are outside..?

thanks - the steps are inside so no worries there . . . .

hmmm, all my local (south east london) tile shops seem to have shut down over the past few years and I'm left with anger inducing places like Topps tiles and Tile Giant. They seem utterly useless as far as I can make out. . .
