tiling swimming pool steps

House we bought has a childs size properly built pool in the garden. The old concrete steps were damaged so I made some new ones. I would like to tile over the concrete but unsure as to which adhesive should be used and also what type of tile. Is there a certain type thats required? Would normal tiles crack in the winter as exposed??

BAL, most tiles distributors will stock it mate, definately CTD if you have a branch near you
