Hi, I am just about to re tile my bathroom and hope someone could give me some advice please. I am putting down Laminate flooring and I want to tile all the way down the wall to the flooring with no skirting board. As the floor will move a little what is the best way to finish off the joint, a bead of silicone sealant?

tile after the floor is down and grout to the floor then you could seal it with silicone if you so desire.

Thanks for your answer but if the floor does move will it not loosen the grout or am I being over cautious.

the floor especially next to the wall is not going to be moving any significant amount to crack the grout, but if it makes you feel better dont grout to the floor, and just fill up with silicone.
