Just looking up timber prices for joists, to get an idea of how much it will costs/quantities etc, and I cant help thinking the marked prices below are incorrect. I have taken them from the TP website (just went to ring them, but shut after 12 on sat).

For joists (and rafters?) I assume I should go for Treated (against insects and moisture) and Regularised (planed finish - so I can get floor boards level etc).

I've done a bit of legwork myself but am surprised by the cost of wood (for, say, 12x4.5m joists) but then noticed these items started at almost half the cost (sounds much more reasonable!) and thought I would see if I can get an answer for the weekend so I can finalise some costs.

Many thanks in advance (I hope my understanding of treated/Reg is correct)
