timer recording on PC

I normally listen to radio staion on my PC. I want to record a program whilst I am away and cannot access a computer. Is there a way that I can set my PC to switch on at a given time, log on to internet, open a web site and set recording software, then switch all off when finished. A tall order I think but someone out there might know.

The program is on a local station so the only way I can listen is on internet. I will be away from Friday (not this week) when the prog is on till folowing tuesday

Not a BBC station. KCFM 99.8
