I recently bought a secondhand Titan SDS drill. It works fine, but the auxiliary handle is missing one important part. I can probably bodge a solution together with some 10mm threaded bar and two nuts, but it would help a lot if I knew what shape that part is. If anyone has such a drill, would you please disassemble the handle and post a photo of the part that sits at the bottom of the steel clip. I'm guessing it's probably like a nut with two wings either side that locate in the clips holes, but a pic would save a lot of experimentation. I've included a pic of what I have. Many thanks for any help ...

I don't know the tool in question, but if notheng else you could alway try Solent Tools for spares - they do spares for quite a few "own brand" tools and might be able to assist. Another possibility is Titan Pro who advertise Titan SDS spares (follow the links). Don't know how good either are on spares, but maybe worth a punt to get an exploded parts diagram

You may struggle to get the right fittings, these are what you need.

If the drill uses a standard 43mm collar then a replacement handle asembly from a Bosch, Makita, Metabo, de Walt, etc corded drill could be utilised. It may be possible to pick up a dead drill with handle for spares from Freecycle, eBay or a car booter
