Graham/Jewson use to sell Tivoli, they were made by Bristan.

What Bristan replacement cartridge fits a Tivoli duo thermostatic mixer?

They always rename products for the big boys so the consumers cannot find cheaper prices.
It then becomes a pain for parts.

If you email enquire at the company name you mentioned dot com with that query they will tell you the part number for the tivoli cartridge.

Bristan is sending out complete seals and cartridge kit.
Free of charge

Just adding some more data to this thread as it may be of use to others in the future.

The cartridge kit available from Bristan for the Tivoli duo (2) is part number CART 06732COMPL

Kit contains the valve, fitting ring and seal plus 2 new screws.

There is an instruction sheet enclosed, I dont have a scanner so took some pics. Hope this helps someone.
