any idea why tlc online store does not answer any telephone calls.lines seems to be dead i wanted to check something before placing an order.are they gone bankcrupt.

Try other numbers, such as direct sales. I recall having the same difficulty before.

I have allways found it a problem, call your local branch, they usualy answer.

I've always got through fine. I rang them last Thursday and they answered straight away.
