toilet cistern not filling

Hi, I'm hoping there will be a simple fix to this problem. I looked at teh FAQs but couldn't work it out

Pressed the flush, it flushed, but is continuing to flush and the cistern is not filling up.

Water is shooting out of the black pipe on the right, but the cistern is not filling up. I can lift the red lever and stop it, but then it starts again when I let it drop.

The flush valve ( the centre bit with wire attached) is stuck open. Try pressing the flush button a few times to free it . You may need to fit a new one.
