I have a push button pneumatic toilet cistern which will not shut off properly. It keeps trickling water down the central overflow. Ive tried adjusting the screw on top of the float mecanisim which helped a bit but it still overflows. Is there a washer that can be replaced as in ordinary ball cock type cisterns...
 
Yes. A picture of your fill/float valve would help.
