Toilet Flush Button Help

Hi
Not sure if anyone can help me here, i took this button off of the cistern lid today and it basically broke so i need a replacement but not too sure what to get.

Its got dual flush buttons on the top and the threaded piece threads onto a rod.

Any idea where and what i need to get, flush still works by pressing down on the rod

How is it broken?

Sometimes it's cheaper and quicker to replace the entire flush valve as they are only a tenner

The press button just comes out on a spring, not sure if the post should be connected to the button?
