Can't feel anything, its just smooth with three or four holes on either side of the water inlet hole.
If you're refering to a spreader there isn't one unfortunately. Has it been seen that some toilet's don't have it or is it key to every toilet's operation? As others have indicated, I think I'm going to have to contact the supplier on this.
