Toilet seat

Hello.

Can anyone help me with how I remove this toilet seat please? I want to replace it but there isn’t a click mechanism or any wing nuts underneath.

The only thing that I have found is two what look like rusty / worn nuts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated As I’ve been scouring the internet high and low.

The third pic looks like Allen screws. D you have a set of keys. Give them a good squirt of WD40 and allow to soak for a few hours before trying to undo them so that you don't damage the head.

The Allen key bolt are under the chrome cylinders on this seat…
