Hi,

Would anyone know if here attached toilet soil pipe run is ok - if the two bends around the brick column would allow for proper flow?

There is plenty of space for the vertical drop in the pipe (ie. enough to run 40:1)

Or, would it perhaps be better to use a flex pipe that would allow for a more organic, less angled zig-zag around the brick column?

Its a tricky run, but it seems ok to me - but am interested what you think?

Thanks!

Not an issue as long as you have adequate fall and the run isn't too long.

Don't get us started on flexi pipes again ;)

Thanks, Haha I had a hunch flexi pipe wasn't going to get a warm welcome..

But yes there is enough drop, will move ahead with this.

You could core drill through the brick column:sneaky:

Hmm not sure of repercussion to what the column is carrying...

I was thinking a rodding access in the small stretch of pipe just under the brick column in the drawing, on the left just before the 90 degree bend - would you agree?
