Toilet trouble

Hi all. I have a issue with a toilet. The flush assembly seems to bit working very well. I've pulled it out but I want a replacement preferably without taking the toilet to bits... Will the fluid master (Toolstation/Screwfix just push and turn) picture of existing. Thanks Paul

If you want to replace just that part, it will need to be that exact one, which is probably this:

Hi all. Replaced all the bits and very happy. Apart from the isolating valve is weeping at the top. It's not running down from the fibre washer part.. it's below that (above the screw) is this a common place to leak... Never had this before. Picture of new one I've bought. It's weeping from below the top but (100 percent not from that below were my second finger is) ..

Perhaps scratch on pipe, or nut over-tightened slightly, so pipe/olive distorted?

I know they can leak from the screw but this is above this...
