Toilet upstairs

Recently put post on about toilet being fitted in 3ft space, another idea, this is another bedroom is it do able to put sliding door up and make a room to fit toilet in here, this is a 5ft by 3ft space.. pic showing wardrobe where it will be.

What about drainage and water supply?

Isn't that the plumbers job, am just looking for space for a toilet upstairs am not doing the work myself.

Well you can get a saniflow toilet but they aren't always the best option. A normal toilet will have a 110mm ( 4 inch) pipe that goes to a drain.
You have to consider this. It's a big pipe.
Water can be easier as only 15mm pipe.
