we are having to move the toilet in our home from the right side of the back wall to the left side, (at the moment the toilet is in the window).
The waste pipe goe's diectly up the wall and the pipe enters the house at the back of the external waste pipe.

when re-location the pipe will it be possible to connect the new pipe directly to the old pipe, leaving the pipe going directly to the roof, or will the top of the waste have to be re-located so it reaches the roof at the side that the new toilet is on.

Have tried to attach a diagram

You wish to put a longer branch from the stack to your new toilet position leaving the stack in its present position?
