Toilet water level dropped

It's downstairs next to the outside man hole , it doesn't have a soil stack on this toilet just on my upstairs toilet on the other side of the house

Negative pressure downstream somewhere is pulling slightly on the WC trap...does Hit normal level when the inspection cover is up?

dont expect the pan water level to remain the same, its a particular science (y)

have you tried pouring water very very gently into the pan and see if the level rises ?

your crapper could be having a temporary hissy fit and needs some tlc :cautious:

Jet the manhole and drain line. Then a quick 'look and see' with a camera, jobs a good-un.
