Toilet won't flush properly

Does anyone know why my Close Coulped toilet will not flush properly?
When I press the flush lever it takes maybe 2 or 3 times before the toilet flushes fully. Usually it only takes 1 pull of the lever.

split diapham in the syphon. needs new syphon or a diapham.
