For convenience ( 
) you can fill up your loo cistern using the isolator valve, and then turn it back off again once it has refilled.....if you want to replace the fill valve, Torbecks adjustable is the one to go for - Toolstation part number 32033. As an alternative, the existing valve may just need a new washer.
