Hi. One of my toilets has continual drip onto the pan, so the cistern keeps dropping too low. I had noticed that when it flushes it was swirling around the pan, not on the usual way. Is this a minor problem or do I need o lovely plumber to sort it? House is 6 years old. Cheers

more likely the flush valve seal is not seating properly or needs cleaning
of scale or damaged.
the cistern water level shouldn't drop as the fill valve will re-fill it.
