Toilets and changing rooms

Children as young as five to be supported in changing gender… what nonsense.

Makes the next government’s policies very easy.. just undo the rubbish this lot did.
I hope this is just trolling. You do know that it's nonsense, don't you?

There seems to be a school of thought that says young people are not born with a sexual orientation or a gender. It’s how a trans female prisoner was transferred to a women’s prison and did what he did: because no one in the system was willing to challenge that fundamental belief. It shouldn’t have taken the Supreme Court to state the bleedin’ obvious, but weaselly politicians went to ground when public opinion turned against them. Nothing against trans people but they are not the same for all purposes as the opposite sex.

Sexual orientation and gender are not the same as biological sex.

The prejudiced have basically lost their argument about orientation, and are now fighting on the front of gender, trying to use the weapon of sex being binary.

They've not yet realised that their weapon doesn't work because sex is not binary.

You are making a false argument.

Being a woman is binary.

Option 1 - you are a woman

Option 2 -you are not a woman.

Option 1 - you are entitled to enter a single-sex female space or event, such as a women's changing room, a women's toilet, a women's communal shower, a women's weight-lifting competition, or a women's prison.

Option 2 - you are not entitled to enter a single-sex female space or event, such as a women's changing room, a women's toilet, a women's communal shower, a women's weight-lifting competition, or a women's prison.

The UK Supreme Court has ruled that the legal definition of a woman should be based on biological sex.

Not many sane people seriously disagree.

The judges ruled that when the term "woman" is used in the Equality Act it means a biological woman, and "sex" means biological sex.

It also makes it clear that if a space or service is designated as women-only, a person who was born male but identifies as a woman does not have a right to use that space or service.

The Supreme Court justices argued this was the only consistent, coherent interpretation.

Not many sane people seriously disagree.

Let's start with what you think is the definition of "woman". What characteristics does a person have to have to be classed as a "woman"?
I've got a better idea.

You try to show me a definition of a "woman" that includes men.
