Toilets with a powerful flush

I need to replace a toilet at home because the flush is totally useless. The two main problems are:
1) There is absolutely no water flow at the front (the bit women wee on)
2) It fails to flush even a couple of sheets of toilet roll.

Can anyone recommends brands & models of toilets that have great flushes?
Surely with computer simulations etc, you would think there would be some very well engineered ones on the market!

I have both at home and almost never use the full flush on either as the short flush is sufficient, that's how good they are

It begs the question:- Do you have the water level adjusted to max in the cistern?

A flapper valve gives a better flush than a syphon.

You did not give us any clues like how old it is, how long has it been like this, is it dual flush, is the syphon correct, how many litres, is the syphon valve worn out, is there limescale in the rim, does it have a handle or a button.

Post some pics especially inside the cistern.
