hi i have a problem with my 2x toilets just lately after flushing either toilet, the water to the cistern just trickles in as where before it flowed in until valve was at its cut off point,the pressure to all other appliances ie taps is fine n e 1 have n e ideas thanks

they are fed from a small tank ie live in flat
The problem is most probably the diaphragm washer in the feed valve. After time these washers thicken and restrict the water flow.
is it easier to replace the washer or just replace the whole valve
It's simple and cheaper to replace the washers. Especially if they are plastic ballvalves. This answer doesn't apply if you have Torbeck equilibrium valves.
