tom tom 520 problem

can anyone help i have a tom tom 520 that wont charge does anyone no how to take it apart and change the charge connection i've took the 2 black screws out and it wont move can anyone help please thank you

Have you tried a reset first by removing the card and reinserting?
if no card but just the black plastic insert, remove this and insert a real sd card.

i've done that the only way that it will charge is if you jam a pound coin in it do you have any other ideas as how to open it as ive bought the connecter for maplins and they told me to just take the srews out but it wont open thanks for the advice.
