Does anyone know where I can find floorboards or any timber that is the right thickness for repairing a 70s house floor?

Selco does a thicker or thinner board, I have a table saw and can possibly thin it out but if there is a place I can buy the right thickness I don’t care about the width as I can pass it through the table saw.

Don’t know if this will help but in our first house we had to replace some odd floorboards. We could only get thicker ones so I had to notch out the underside of the board where they went across the joints to bring the top face in line with existing boards. Bit of a pain but it sorted the problem out.
