Tools for a rubber roof

I am planning to lay down one of these onto OSB boards and wanted to check if I can use a regular emulsion roller for the PVA. Something like this:

and something like this (with foam roller?) for the perimeter bonding:

I also have a scissors and wallpaper seam roller that I can use.
Please let me know if it needs something specific or whether the above will suffice.
