I need some advice on how to correct the slope in my gutter as water

Recently I replaced my flat roof with a fibraglass roof. The roof is no longer leaking, but the step gutter in the flat roof had concave slop in the last step. As the result, rain water and leaves stays in the last step in the gutter instead of flowing down the drain.

I want to correct the slop by putting more resin in the glutter to correct the slop, but will the resin stick to the top coat? What do I need to do in order to make the resin stick to the gutter's fibraglass top coat surface?

Many thanks,

Bobby

You will need to rough up the top coat, use a wire cup brush in a small angle grinder.
Build up to required levels with resin and matting.
Apply new top coat.
